Jen strives to cultivate a safe environment in which to explore vulnerabilities and expand upon natural strengths and resiliencies. She works collaboratively with clients to develop a plan that feels authentic and accessible to each individual, and draws on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and interpersonal therapy.
